Research & Development

From SIP Protection’s early days onwards, we have put a lot of effort into R&D and Product Innovation. A good example is the first EN 381 certified chainsaw trousers with 6 layers that we introduced already in 1995. Or think about the first trousers below 1 kilo ever that we launched. Since we joined Sioen Industries in 2001, our attention for high quality products has only grown. As our products are manufactured by our own staff in our own production plants worldwide, it allows us to maintain full control of the quality of both incoming raw materials and finished goods.
